CORDIER

CORDIER's success is based on experience and flexibility in handling technical papers gained since 1836. The paper mills are an important economic factor in the communities where Cordier operates and their innovations ensure that paper remains a product of the future in the long term.

The name Cordier stands for sustainability and a sense of responsibility thanks to its efficient and environmentally-friendly use of raw materials and resources. Environmental protection, resource-saving production processes and the manufacture of articles from renewable raw materials are all important parts of the corporate philosophy.
The Cordier Group's commitment to the environment is attested by the “Blue Angel” environmental label for marble papers and FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council®) certification (FSC-C011358) for graphic papers.
The Cordier paper mill has been certified with the internationally recognised Recycled Claim Standard (RCS) since January 2017. This entails transparent, consistent, and comprehensive independent assessment and verification of the recycled material.

After Cordier was acquired by M2Capital AG via the DYNOS Group in August 2020, the product range was improved and expanded in close cooperation with customers. On the one hand, the range has been augmented with more high-performance characteristics, which enables technologically sophisticated processes to be implemented; on the other hand, characteristics have been developed in the basic segment in order to be able to supply more price-sensitive solutions and markets competitively.
By integrating the pre-production phase of its manufacturing processes at the production sites in Bad Dürkheim and Mühltal, DYNOS has achieved significant gains in development and production, as well as creating further potential for improvement on the product side.
